2016 Mr Olympia

Phil Heath.

Just want us to avoid all the drama next year, if he competes he wins. And he will continue to win until he retires (or he competes past the year he should have retired because his body has betrayed him and he will get second).

A couple things to remember and consider here as well, it won't matter what he looks like conditioning wise nor will it matter what condition or improvements his competition makes, or if Kai shows up.

The IFBB has spoken.

After seeing what happened tonight I can honestly say that Phil will not lose as long as he competes. if I were him I would not train till about 10 weeks out load up on drugs and pick up my check.

Dude look best on stage. Wolf have strange structure. Rhoden lacking back and arms. Dexter haven't got the muscle thickness/fullness. Phil got thickness/fullness, dense thick muscles everywhere, symmetry and condition. Pretty simple...no one is better right now...

Waist look better this year. Thought he was done last year when he started to show signs of paulombonism...but he killed the diseases.

That's fine, no one will be better next year either and it won't matter what shape Phil shows up in.  Nothing will change, because nothing can change. These bodies are built and established, no one will add more muscle or change their shape/insertion points/structure etc...

Outside of Ramy  the top 10 are on the down swing, if he leans out Ramy might be able to grab a couple of 2nds  during Phil's reign and if he plays his cards right pull a Cutler and grab the throne in the transition to new faces, although that is also unlikely because, as history has shown, a new face usually rises up.

Dorian won an Olympia win one bicep, he wasn't the best on stage that night. Ronnie towards the end (and according to some in 2001) wasn't the best on stage, Cutler had to have his arm full of oil before he wasn't rewarded. Phil will win because that's what Mr. O gets.

Maybe that's what he is doing now.  Here are a couple of photos I took early last February:
