In these pics after the dyazide and training,cardio my delts are capped, I had nice pops, vacularity was nutts. so I woke up and was bloated! unusually bloated. everything else was rock hard and delts were capped but abs were shitty! right now they are not that crisp anyway but def was holding water from dianabol and anadrol. I do take 20mg dianabol and 50-100mg anadrol pre-workout.

No I didn;t take dyazide the night before I took it once I saw how bloated I was.  I got my ass down to the gym and did some biceps/Trcieps superstes very HIT style but still moving some heavy weight. I gained 10 lbs this last week I juan morel'd it two days this week took in a shitload of calories alot of clean food but also alot of crap!

My measurments are the same! my waist is the same,everything is the same except I was holding water in the gut area plus I had a full stomach but no excuses my abs are not crisp yet anyway that comes last for me and I get those dennis ja,es type abs blocky and just 4 pack.

anyway I did my workout and busted ass on the treadmill for 30 minutes all while on dyazide pissing ike crazy then I hit the sauna and sweated some toxins out plus the sauna drys me out.

Thgen I cme back ate and rested decided to go keto 3 day no carbs then one carb day. went back to the gym and hit the same muscle group Bicep/Tricep superset plus some ab conditioning work then busted out 30 more minutes cardio and 20 minutes sauna. This is what I looked like after all that. They are not topless I'll post topless when I am in shape. last 2 weeks so give me 4-5 weeks.

I very noticably dried out and lost 5 lbs from the dyazide,cardio,training and sauna. I'll finish the last 6-7 weeks up going keto with 2 carb days a week. abs are a trouble spot I know you dial those in with diet and compound movements wich i do alot of. Ive never had great abs no matter how lean I was alot like dennis james a blocky 4 pack. I worked on my lower abs for years and they jut wouldn't come in.
