Shouldn't Countries, States and Cities with "New" in their name change it?

New York, New Zealand, New Hampshire etc...  They aren't New anymore.  Time to drop the New from their names.

Except how would we be able to disambiguate it from its namesake in the UK? Oh right, you could just look around and if there is nobody wearing a hijab, you'd know that you were in New Hampshire and not the Islamic Caliphate of England

imo the new new stands for constantly reevaluating culture/politics/rules, like putting everything upside down every decade/century etc.
