i broke my hand in july this year
some drunk fck got out of his car behind me at a red light and preceeded to open my car by the window - and then spit in my face!!!
i got out and hit him once3 and thougth I killed him - I was going to talk shit but he was out adn in a weird postion - i left cause the apartment was a block away
got back and thougth I dislocated my knuckle but i was just pushing on broken hand
I got sugery and was in a temp cast for 14days - still worked out
I went all of July doing legs and worn headphones and acted like they were on all the time - if any chuds asked I tell them "i slipped"
but I lost 10lbs but Im tip top now - fcfkn A do you use your hand alot in daily life
