Much more easy!

What the hell do they need?

Day 1: Squat, stiffed deadlift, legcurl, some abs...

Day 2: Some set Arms shoulders chest and back...shoulders not nessesary, back neither (deadlift is enough)...arms?

2 day on 1 off!

Healty clean diet and nice figure in 1 year?

Right if you only think about weight.
I think about increased blood flow, transporting nutrients to the muscle and stamina.
Etc.

Why are you unable to do the same?

You only need about 2 days a week actually.

I doubt u can have fully developed back, arms, chest, delts, quads, ham, glut, abs, calves, neck with only 2 dag/week...

If it was that easy all people could look great. But they really don't...1% of the people in the gym look great. and 0.1% out in everyday life look great. At the age 35+ very few poeple make it. I'm not talking gearheads, normal people doing it natural, the hard way.

Increased training volume make u better. There is no time for rest if u want the complete package! That's my experience.

Thats another story :D. Cardio is great for wellbeing. But a disaster for the leg development and general muscle growth.

How much do u squat, how does your leg development look like...etc etc. Whats your goal? Only advantages in what way? U can never beat yourself if u decide to specialize in a movement or two vs different allround training. Never ever!

No squats.
I have no car, never did.
I go everywhere by bike since decades.
So calves are pretty decent, quads not as big as the typical bodybuilder.
Goal is overall fitness and adding mass to my upper body.
Advantages: stamina, low idle pulse.
I agree. ^
