Instead of trying to get bigger all Ramy needs to do is study English for a year and relocate to Venice so he can frequent the offices of AMI and build those relationships. Then he wins.

That would seem to be the smart thing to do but I think it will make it next to impossible to keep his current source and greatly impinge on the availability, quality and the amount of hormones and peptides that he needs. I'm sure he has hookups that even the pros envy.
