Diet on keto where you could eat as much meat and green veggies as you wanted all day and as much as you wanted.

Or

have 1 large meal a day. Could be anything but nothing too unhealthy, should still be somewhat healthy for bodybuilding purposes.  Around 1500-2000 cals as you are leaning down. Just the 1 meal, no snacks.

I would easily go with #1...because if I'm on restricted calories and only had 1,500-2000 calories to work with most of my food would be going to meat and veggies anyway to reach my protein before I ate too many cals .so I might as well be able to eat as much of it as I want without a limit

KETO is superior... if you eat strict Keto 6x a week, yu can have 1 regular cheat meal on the weekend anyways!!
