Gotta` give him props....he has improved but once he gets leaner if he does,he`ll disappear...........hard ly any real muscle except for his quads.

I actually find Delray beach to be a pretty nice spot to get away from all the noise typically found further south towards Miami.

I stayed at this Marriott (see below) back in May and had a very pleasant time. They have a nice gym that's opened 24-hrs and a few rooms have an ocean front view.

Pretty sure his legs have always been a strong point. Which is funny, because he rarely seems to train them.

He actually looks relatively decent. Not very lean but actually looks better than a lot of gym goers. For someone with his mental condition to reach this decent physique level is quite laudable actually
