For some gifted people the size is a possibility but I highly doubt the overall look is doable without enhancements.
Also some after effects and the homo pants down action lessen the natural factor.

Don't confuse conditions with steroid use. I said I didn't think this guy was natty but his conditioning is easily. He's not that big but he does have the "look" but doesn't always 100% mean drug use. I've seen some pretty big natty guys for natty's that is.
