Stomach no longer an issue
FLAT (First time I've ever seen Phil flat)
More narrow than usual. Smallish arms in front double bi.
Still the best back double biceps pose in bodybuilding

And his abs are rarely visible.

No lower abs, mid abs cant see, and shitty upper abs

It was odd, Dex conditioning was getting better, and Phil was getting blurry in the abs.
