wow, thanx man! edit, I always thought that my arms were a weak point, despite measuring fairly large
two shorter guys with large arms scott listed 20 1/2 oritz 19 1/2 .... what they actually measured who knows [rhetorical question.]
Post another pic bro, I remember them being 3d looking and solid as hell, you had big joints and huge forearms too right?
Rik,here`s a clue dude,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you had NO weakpoints.
ya, my joints got big. I trained as heavy as the pros claimed they did, and it grew my connective tissue. then when I met several of them I found out they didn't even write their magazine training articles. fuggers.
pretty tough to tell by pics. here are two arms measuring the same.
funk you're too good to use photoshops
how was your curling strength? for example how much could you barbell curl for 8-10 reps?
This may have been the mag. Not sure. Just found it online...https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=4295106064578&set=pcb.4295164586041&type=1&theater
I feel your pain with the long arms, plus you and I have almost identical bicep insertion/shape. But I'm 6'3'' and twice as lanky everywhere else.
didn't mean to be deceptive. i marked pic to show it was a photoshop... real arm was good on it's own merit...
this lady has 23+ here, your point?
HAZBIN WAS AWESOME ,,,never get tired of his pics/stories...
Actually Vince was known to use oil...
No he didn't. I met Vince and watched him compete in the late '80's and early '90's. No oil available then - look at him today at 59, still HUGE!
