i think i'll finish out the week with this gold...
actually went to a gold's gym in my area yesterday, what i saw was amazing...... a fat guy was sitting on a lat machine with a light weight selected he would then proceed to lay back until his body was parallel to the floor he would then get back to the starting position and perform another rep of this... what is this exercise called another guy was doing curls when he got to the final 5 or nine reps he began screaming and moaning like a woman having a bad birthing experience,,, which weider principle is this the next guy would do a set of tricep kickbacks with a 15 lb db and after the set he would load 2-45 lb plates on the leg press machine , he would repeat this till he had 6 -45's on each side of the machine..... he then walked away having never used the leg press machine except as a lean for his tricep work... one last guy with a strange look on his face was dancing around the gym thankfully he at least had headphones on so it made some sense.... despite all this i had a decent workout and came away enlightened, enriched and thoroughly entertained.
