If it's refrigerated, it's most likely GH or Insulin.

Refrigerate after opening .

the constant diarrhea ,loud  farts and shortness of breath you suffer  is due to the Ketchup being rotten for being opened and not refrigerated after first use.

Wrong.  Ketchup should not be refrigerated and does not have to be.  Most restaurants will never put it in cold storage.

lol there is no way to tell with this picture....It's most likely what you think it is though....his GH not any specific type like you say though there is no way to tell

At the shop it is in a vacuum sealed container...At the food plant it was made and packaged under controlled conditions that limited the bacteria...When you open the jar air contacts the condiment, and bacteria...and it starts to go off...put it in the fridge and you considerably extend the life and flavor of the item.
