Scars from the site injections. This guy had a massive upper body, and it has shrink quite a bit, because as we now know, synthol eats muscle tissue. It is obvious that his left side is burnt out, his left arm is just about 3/4 of the right arm, and look at his forearms? Left is like a chiken wing..
