Not sure about the height/weight but he looks maybe 5'10 170lbs or so at 10-12%.  Certainly achievable naturally but takes some training and decent genetics.  This is overall the best physique to strive for if you are not competing in bodybuilding or power lifting.

c'mon there are people out there who look like that who have never picked up a weight and are just athletic

the bar has been set so low these days which is why there so many fucking 150lbs douchebags on gear in the gym these days throwing the 40lbs dumbells after inclines  ::)
