i. eat. this. in between beers. for. energy. at. work always. 5.9%. alc. beers
now. when. im home i. had. alot. of. spagetti at 7:45. and crashed to. bed musta. been. the. carbs because. i wasnt. sleepy. at. 7pm BUT was dead. tired. at. 8:20

so. maybe that. final meal. shhould. be. 11. or. 12?
