lol....Howard, this is a bodybuilding/fitness website. We now live in a world where everyone is a fitness model and using IG as their own selfie "look at me, look at me" world. Same with bodybuilding, you take time to prepare for a show, oil up post your bodybuilding selfie on IG or Facebook don a thong that pretty much makes you just as self-absorbed, maybe more.
