Arnold motivation documentary and some guy saying arnie had no legs

Dumb guys today don't get symmetry, any bunghole can put on weight, but few can put on weight and shape

arnold is the best ever because of proportions and some great size, esp chest and arms

many bodybuilders overdo quads and delts and lats, liek felx, and just were never as good as arnold

Hmmm so Arnie trained his legs 3x a week for hrs at a time to keep them small and in proportion...

You probly believe you can sculpt the body,oh brother!

I agree. arnold is the best.

And he didn't do unworthy shameful facial expressions while posing like the retards today
