Rich Piana and the 5%ers worst fashion sense in human history, cheap $10 fruit of the loom shirts with annoying slogans on them and $10,000+ gold watches in the gym.

So by the end he says "we" will be doing 2 1/2 hours weights and 1 1/4 hours of cardio and 10 meals.

I guess I'll have to quit my full time job to pursue massive gainz instead.

I went on a cruise to the Bahamas in 1999.  I dieted for 4 weeks before I left.  I ate every time food was available, about 6-7x a day.  The twice a day dumps were epic.  I felt like a bloated pig.  No way your system could handle this amount of food on a daily basis, especially if you're older.

Rich Piano is truly a moron.

I have always wondered.  He talks about 5%, doing whatever it takes and how he did extreme amounts of drugs, site injections, etc.  He sat around all day doing nothing but eating, sleeping and training 24/7.  Yet never even turned pro.   Looks like his former friend/partner the fat but strong powerlifter calling himself big boy had a falling out with Rich.

Do you think these guys have jobs?

These guys are talking about 5% and Strength Cartel as if they are full blown organizations to be reckoned with. It's hysterical for a fucking HOBBY. They're talking about it like it's a fucking gang.

I do agree that texting someone with a firing at 3:00 AM is a bitch move! 1) It's through text, not face-to-face. 2) The guy is sleeping so he can't respond immediately, giving the coward time to bide instead of getting the immediate response.

Sometimes i talk to the young guys at the gym and they talk about working out for 2-3 hours every day and I ask them what they are doing.  It's totally unnecessary.  They keep talking about being hardcore and mostly I see them with terrible range of motion, too much weight, and taking selfies/oh their phones during their sets. It's this whole internet culture that is making money off of all these young and impressionable people

Young men training for two to three hours, which is not necessary to get big and strong. After the first hour, there's no way any good effort is being given provided the person is decently strong and muscular and trying hard.

Imagine the time these people waste in their most energetic years.

Their job is to lift "heavy ass weight"! :D  Definitely calling out Piana for using fake "ass" weights and having fake muscles.

Exactly. One of my friends back in the day said after you went past the first hour your intensity and focus drops and it just becomes bullshit. Most training I see is just that many listen to these social media people and listen to them like its gospel
