Arms going numb

Anyone else have this issue? I feel like I'm waking up every fifteen minutes because my arms have gone completely numb. Most of the time it happens when I'm laying on my stomach. Last few weeks I started to notice it's happening even when I'm laying on my back. I've always had neck problems. Every other week I wake up with a really sore neck. I'm using deca right now wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I have a deep tissue massage every other week and an adjustment. It worked to the chiropractor he thinks it could be a compressed or bulging disk. I always assumed it happened because of the extra side on my arms and water retention.

My arms used to stay tight and get numb frequently when I jump up my dosages or take super drol or higher doses of dbol mayb blood pressure.

I only get that if I lay on one side to often. seems the more frequently I train the less it happens.

Same thing happens to my leg when im sitting on the toilet (sing the sitting on the toilet song everybody). Its a pita cause i cant walk afterwards

same thing happens to me, i also get numb hands. I started taking some shit called p5p basically b 6 and i gotta say it did help a lot
