Halloween chocolate bars

Is it just me or are these way smaller than they used to be when I was a kid?

I just had 4 coffee crisps and am in danger of eating the whole box  :-\

candy packaged for Halloween generally are smaller than candy packed for the rest of the year...Packing fudge?
