I feel horrible.
Why? We are top of the chain 99% of the time. That is the game here. Sure a few lions and hippos will kill people and bacteria will kill a lot more of us but wait til we stop an asteroid and those ungrateful shit animals will moo and purr and roar obliblvious to us stopping another mass extinction.
Foxes will eat rabbits until there are not enough left and they starve. Then rabbits multiply so foxes eat em all and multiply and it cycles. No deer shed a tear when neanderthals died off. At least now we are taking steps towards conservation but soon as we are fucked we will improvise and rest of earth will benefit. Dinosaurs had their time, it is ours now fuck knows what will be the case in a few hundred million years.
