i can't tell if "veganism" is gaining popularity or if it's just cause my perception, cause i watch a lot of vegan yt vids.  it's certainly moving through the yt fitness community like a virus.

anyway, i've been doing it for a couple months.  it's not that hard for me.  it's kind of fun, actually, trying to work out new things to eat given the "rules".

i don't miss meat at all.  dairy, a bit.

i will NEVER understand people who say "must be hard to get those calories in"... i could eat a million calories of processed grains a day.  people who legitimately believe they "need" animal products also mystify me.  the only thing is, yeah it's hard to get a lot of protein without getting a lot of calories in total... but protein needs are grossly overstated, imo.

one interesting effect: like falcon, my thinning hair recovered a LOT.  i think i have fewer grays, too, but that's a little harder to tell.

My ancestors didn't claw their way to the top of the food chain to eat grass.

Carnivores rule this planet.

It's something the "cool kids" will jump on because it's the in thing.

That is until they realise it costs more money, tastes worse and they don't really give a fuck.

Crossfit of diets.

Is sucking on DLB's penoris allowed while on a vegan diet? I feel like you can't go full vegan until you stop felating your wife's ham wallet. I hope Rob can come on here and answer this although I'm sure he keeps a pretty tight schedule recording music and jacking off.

This!

But I think it's a good thing. It's good that OTHER people eat less or no meat. If enough people go vegan/vegetarian the demand for meat will go down along with prices. And it is better for the environment.

So when some skinny flower child brags about being a vegan express your admiration and encourage them.

I'm serious. I very, very pro vegan/vegetarian for OTHERS.
