If I am trying to drop fat "eating clean" and craving sugars can I eat a big huge gigantic massive juicy bowl of pineapple? The only other fruits/sugar I eat are blueberries in the morning with my brown maple sugar oatmeal packets.

Or maybe pre workout/post workout? Or maybe suck it up I don't need sugars?

With test, GH and T3 you can eat that and whatever else you want all day and not get fat.

All depends on your training and cardio but I would not fret over that if you are not entering a contest. Eating healthy is a good thing.
See how you look adding that to your diet.  It's all trail and error.

Pineapples whenever to kill the sugar cravings it is!

just have a reasonable cheat meal (2000-3000 kcals) whenever you REALLY need it. (once a week max)
keep it post workout.
that will actually kill your appetite, hunger and desire to eat for the next few days..

i always diet with once a week cheatmeals (pretty huge ones too) and i can really starve myself for the next 2-3 days without even thinking about food.
that way you are already back in a deficit 1 day after a bigass cheat.

for example on monday night (after a  1 hour cardio session) i ate my regular chicken and veggies meal, however i was still starving and appetite kicked in so i had an additional 2000 kcals consisting of protein bars (my substitute for chocolate) bread with honey and some pasta.
woke up 3 lbs heavier yesterday. had a badass workout, extra cardio and barely ate anything but pure protein yesterday.
woke up 5 lbs lighter than yesterday today (so actually 2lbs lighter than before the cheat).

reasonable cheat meals dont set you back AT ALL... make sure you dont overeat on tons of fat and carbs though, keep it mostly carbs and not too many of them - just what you really crave.

Cheat meals while dieting are actually beneficial. Im super strict all week then the night before my leg day i get 2000kcal + worth of mac donalds (this is a post workout meal too).
I feel that i need to earn the cheat so im going extra hard on my pre cheat training session.
Gives me energy for the leg day the next day and the guilt makes go harder on the diet and cardio after, also the refill in glycogen from all the carbs and sodium is great, mental relief too.

When bulking (clean) cheat meals usually sets you back making you watery and fat, not giving you anything positive since you are not depleted.

true that.
i NEVER cheat when im bulking - and if i do my conditioning is completely fucked for the rest of the bulk. yes, for weeks on end (if i dont make up for the excess calories).
if i make up for the excess calories its still a huge waste of time since it takes a couple days to lose the excess water and then a couple days to fill back out.
for me i REALLY gotta stay strict on bulks.
however on cuts i can eat 2 days worth of calories in a single meal and still have my conditioning back 2-3 days later.
of course ill be bloated as fuck for 1-2 days but when youre really depleted a cheat meal doesnt do any harm.

very little excess carbohydrates actually get converted to fat (de novo lipogenesis) if youre depleted
and ingest them within a short time frame (and especially post workout). chronic overeating makes you fat, not cheat meals (that being said, if you eat 20$ of McDonalds and a gallon of ice cream as your cheat meal youll still lose very little weight if any at all- even if you starve yourself for the rest of the week).
ive had cheat days that i needed a whole week to make up for before... thats why i only do cheat days. and dont cut on tren anymore  :)

imo you should never cheat when bulking unless youre a true ectomorph. and keep cheats to a single meal on cuts.
