The day of the liberal is winding down. Socialism is failing everywhere from Greece to Argentina to Detroit. The liberal excuses for these failures get more pathetic by the day.

Recent advances in online learning have made most of the liberal arts education infrastructure redundant. Many liberal arts colleges will soon be going the way of the record store and the newspaper stand, and filthy neckbeard leftist professors will have to go work at Starbucks. Vocational training is making a comeback as the Internet hasn't affected the plumbing profession, and people are figuring out that a guy who knows how to turn a wrench is more useful than a guy who know a lot about art history.

Here, in the states, the new speaker of the house is a young white, in shape, Irish male, who listens to rock music and has a pro-business platform. The top Republican Presidential Candidates are all young and pro-business. The best the Democrats can offer is a tired old hack woman and a decrepit old socialist male.

You seem to say with your posts, that yosu agree with all conservative thought, which is suprising to me. You seem very against ALL liberal thought, but something tells me if this country (USA) was all neo-con politics, you would look elsewhere to live as it would be stifeling. I think you are a bit deluded in your thoughts, because your view(like mine) gets skewed by Getbig. I see it as the opposite, that the communists and socialist are going to take over, and it will be so subtle that before you know it, we will all be living in socialism. It's pretty sad, and I'm glad you have an optimistic view, I however don't see it happening that way. I hope I'm wrong.

Right/left/liberal/conservative definitions no longer apply.  The elites have effectively distorted their meanings.  I prefer the terms statist vs non-statist and judge people, politicians and solutions based on if they want an increase in the size of government to solve problems or a decrease in the size of government to solve problems.
