It wasn't too long after SF got sent packing that DA got owned badly too.   Who did that?  I am thinking it was Venom Vince on here that sent the gay stuff to his dad??

DA in that heavy-bag pic, horrible stance, punch, etc.
Looks like he never trained in boxing or martial arts. 

I doubt he had ever trained for boxing or MMA.  That video was so pathetic and he was very proud of it. 

Goes to show that having big muscles filled with oil do fuck all in boxing and fighting in general.

He looked like a 12 year old girl flailing at a punch bag for the first time, it was so pathetic, but hey everyone has to start somewhere i guess.

The worst was he thought he was bobbing and weaving and he looked like a pigeon by scrunching his head down in his traps.  I got the feeling that in a real fight, all you had to do was pop him in the face one time and he would instantly start running to the cops.

I wish when he spat on Vince that Vince would have retaliated by brandishing his kielbasa and proceeded to pistol whip DA with it.
