99% of all BB lie about dosages. He was not on 250mg test & holding onto that much mass at 5% as he claimed.

I was good buds with him and he was an awesome, funny guy. As an oder guy he really gave me good advise.

I wish I saved his videos they were epic.  Chain smoking and ranting. ;D
