This pic was posted here a few years ago. It was supposedly the way that Demayo looked during his heroin; years prior to his death.

But is it Paul?

Niether one of those images are DeMayo. Those are from Oregon and thier faces of Meth ads from 10 or 15 years ago.

Check the nose and skull lines.
Different person unless there was some DNA altering stuff involved.

No desire to see him when he was taken down by drugs.
I will always remember seeing him guest posing as Quadzilla.
He came out with sunglasses, black leather jacket and stomped these little paper houses.
He did it to the rock song Godzilla and it was awesome

Not him.

Most heroin addicts would surprise you with how normal they look. They don't get gaunt like crackheads or tweakers because opiates don't suppress appetite like stims. If a heroin junkie runs out of ways to get money, loses a connect or gets popped they will look haggard, but still nothing like that guy.
