Was wondering if anybody had the chance to check this out.. www.jamcoretraining.com  A website featuring different professionals in their respected (athletic) disciplines.. So you will be able to view and download "Video" workouts to your IPOD or computer.  So, basically each month Dorian Yates and Jamo have a segement with new bodybuilding workouts you can pick up.. I have already looked at some of this stuff and it was amazing.. These guys know their shit and still in great shape. Anyway, learning tricks from the Pro's ...? Can't Beat It!

Yep, Dorian is in very good shape. Actually I think that among the retired bbers from the ninties he looks the best.

What happened to jamo Nezzar? I remember him being much much bigger. Did he give up on bodybuilding or something? I mean, he's still pretty big, and that's the point. He now looks fitness 'pretty' instead of the big bodybuilder i remember him as.
Anybody got the story?

I think Jamo sounds a bit like Ali-G..

As for Yates, I noticed his arms (which he always struggled with due to genetics) were dramatically smaller and must have been the first thing to atrophy. Other than that he looks incredible, all things considered. I remember when he retired and people were all predicting that he would shrivel up to 150 pounds, or die in a few years from "all the juice" he took to overcome his "poor genetics".
