I try and be strategic.
I won't smash down my enemies immediately, I will let them give me more information first.
I try not to take it personally, it's all a game where everyone will do whatever it takes to further their own interests.
The main thing is to try stay calm in order to keep the initiative and stay a step ahead, however sometimes it is more tactical to seem extremely angry in order to create fear.
