I'd assume they came off? Hence all the size lost as vegans, unless they were consuming 3000 calories in meat and never got near the same calorie level with the new lifestyle.

I will say this. When I eat Angus burgers or Double Quarter pounders I have more fullness and look leaner than say eating clean. I look soft and flat not eating them. Fuck Vegannogains and Fuck Weider mags for their bullshit too.
