This guy explains how the movement really should be done and why...Says anyone bringing the bar done to the skull is training like a dick and taking pressure off the triceps through half the workout.

Just getting work done Adonis. Wrist straps, knee sleeves, leather belt, chalk, sweat rags.
Barbell clips, neck harness. Who in the fuck would I carry all the stuff without a gym bag??????
Last back workout was:
Close grip pull downs- 7 sets. 4 warm ups
One arm dumbbell rows- 4 working sets- up to 120s
Bent over rows on smith machine- three plates each side
Rack pulls- 4 sets- 405 each set
Machine rows- 4 sets
Wide grip pull downs- 4 sets- 30 seconds rest

That's why I use a gym bag, to carry my stuff😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Do you really need all that nonsense for that measly workout?  ???

You know normally in most cases that would make sense but looking at what judochoke is still able to do and do well I might add at 59 he does not need to expplain anything for a "measly" workout
