Whats a safe limit per day? I read that its 3 so thats all I have (plus whites that is). I hear some people get up to a dozen, speak on this!
True, you don't want to overdo your saturated fat intake, but that said, there is a bunch of nutritional value that you don't get if you leave the yolk out.For me: 6 whole eggs in the morning, 6 before bed
i think it's safe to say that you eat like a man. I usually finish 4 doz per week...

if you get salmonella you're probably just fight it off no problem in a day or two.
I eat 6 to 7 egg whites each night . Put them in the mixer(on HIGH)with a pack of splenda till they are nice and fluffy , like pie meringue (got the idea when making my husband a lemon pie). put it in the oven 400 till a little brown on top. YUMMY just like cheating and all protein!My 5 year old calls it FLUFF.I don't think egg whites are ever bad for you unless you eat them raw..........the yolks are great also--lots of good stuff in them. I think newest research is the cholesterol in them does not turn into bad cholesterol in the human body and you CAN eat them raw.
