from what i gather this sanders guy is quite similar to jeremy corbyn in the uk, a guy who quite recently(in a shock result) became leader of the labour party. a bit out there to the left economically but people like him because he's anti establishment and actually has some integrity unlike the vast majority of politicians.

Corbyn is not like like Sanders in terms of communication, Sanders is eloquent and passionate, Corbyn on PM questions sometimes gets overwhelmed by the Tories opposite jeering at him.

State schools should be free and enforce high acceptance and performance standards.  Private schools should charge as they please since they'll be accepting all the rejects.

well i didn't mean they were carbon copies of each other but they seem to share quite a lot of common ground politically and appeal for the same sort of reasons. although i think corbyn holds his own not too bad in parliament, from what i've seen.

Not many can survive the scorching heat of Question time in the House of Commons. it's a pretty unique and hilarious aspect of British politics that leaves many with third degree burns.
