I know a girl who made a transformation like this. Her name is Krissy. She's short, cute (?) not outstanding Florida type. Incidentally, we met around the time that show had just become a cultural phenomenon. She spent the first six months we knew each other trying to get me to hit it, but she just seemed like more trouble than she was worth. Anyway, NYC is a small world and we run into each other periodically through work. She transformed from this very loud, kinda trashy party girl into a demure, NY career lady.
