How would Bob Paris have fared on todays gear?

How do you think Bob Paris would have fared on today's gear?   Do you think he would have what it takes to hang with the top 5 in the sport?  Or would today's drugs have completely destroyed all that was good about what made him stand out from the others?

The same as he did then. He had the choice of going overboard back then. He chose not to. I think he probably make the same decision today.

The gear back then was better quality.  As long as he would be getting pharm grade gear today, and not UG shit, then he would be doing the same I would guess.

Both Rory and Bobby were around 6'0" tall and around 225-235 in competition. Had they competed today, they'd have to be a lot heavier and that would compromise what made them so great.

Bottom line: No one cared for Paris of Zane physiques at the time. Bigger was always better back then. The smaller guys could never come close to the bigger guys with popularity.
