Dillett's were easily 23s or more. Ronnie's were easily 23s. And that generous measuring a few yrs back had him at 24. And Kai's are bigger than Phil's on contest day.

There is no way in hell Kai's arms are bigger than Phil's.

His arm symmetry is whacked. If both arms were like the right arm he looks small.

Biggest LEGIT biceps without synthol were: Paul Dillett (23-24"), Mike Matarazzo (Between 22 and 24"), Ronnie Coleman (23-24"), Kevin claimed 24" but I doubt it. Probably more like 21". Lou Ferrigno claimed 23+ at his heaviest (probably more like 21"). Arnold claimed 22-23", but more like 20". Anything over 21" is MASSIVE.

It all goes to show it's about shape/insertions etc - he gives the impression his arm is a lot bigger just because of the way its shaped.

My arm is 19.5 but looks like 17. $:-\$

Absolutely. Phil has insanely round muscle, same with Dexter and Flex also. Looks very impressive, especially up close.
