You're just out and about and some guy asks you how much protein drinks you take or some other retarded question. How do you respond? Do you play along with how stupid their questions are and tell them you drink 8 muscle gainer 9000's a day and are in the gym for 8 hrs a day?

Just be honest. Tell them that they don't work.

You'll get questions, most will be dumb and or lies.

If in the mood - I give plenty of good advice, the problem is - most of them quit after a few months or half a year anyway so I'd better be off not wasting my time.. I ignore people I don't like even lookin at tho'.

This is from a movie, but I can't place which one. "Just mutter something in German". Or was it a Married With Children episode?

I count my reps in German and I know a couple short phrases. I don't really speak German, but they don't know that. lol.

Most people looking for advice won't follow it anyway, if they are too stupid to read up, learn, find what works for them through trial and error of what they have found out then they are never going to get anywhere, probably always looking for that magic program that will finally make them get somewhere.

Over the years I have tried to help about 10 or so friends or workmates who asked to come along and train and it's been a waste of my time every single one, never again.

every loser in the gym tries to be my buddy or liftin pal too, annoying and gay....
