New Thong Diet and Exercise plan

im taking cephs advice, this dieting on low cals is pathetic and i feel like a female. im looking worse daily.

gonna eat 2500 cals or so, but will be doing 20 min of HIIT EOD, and heavy 5-6 rep training leaving "one in the tank" on most sets so i can work on getting stronger.

this hiit cardio is making me hungry as fuck though. im primarily sticking to a vegan diet, like Doyle as I want his look (if thats even possible). my main hurdle is sugar, i just cant stay away

try my hybrid doggcrapp/serge nubret/jason blaha one in the tank routine:

3 days a week:

split upper into push and pull. on the 3 days you'll do an am session and pm session. am is pump and pm is strength. upper body will get hit 3 times a week but because you switching between them getting light and heavy, you're joints and cns won't get fried.

day 1/monday

am:

5 x 10-15 close grip barbel row superset with 5 x 10-15 rear delt laterals
5 x 15-20 bicep curls

pm:

1 x 5-7 bench press
3 x 3-5 bench press
3 x 5-7 bench press
3 x 5-7 close grip bench press with a finishing pump set with exercise of choice
3 x heavyish side laterals

day 3/wed

am:

5 x 10-15 bench press superset with 5 x 10-15 side laterals
5 x 10-15 rep tricep exercise

day5 /fri

repeat day 1

Days 2 and 4 (tues and thur) I do some hit cardio with a bit of light legs so as not to fry the cns. I focus more on conditioning stuff like jumping squats and stuff. Once you've spent a few years building legs you can maintain a bit of mass easily.

Days 6 and 7 (sat and sun) I take off.

I've been trying this out for a month and my bench went up by 10kg. I stagnated on 2 plates a side x 5 reps for years.

edit: full natty btw. off the juice for a while.

Calories somewhere in the 10 to 15 times lbs per ideal body weight range.  (don't be fucking delusional and overestimate what you think you will weigh, be realistic)

Training whatever you want provided you do some lifting that is worthwhile at least two times a week.


Don't make this complicated. Its not.

if I want to cut I'll eat low carb high protein in the pm on off days (4 days a week).

I only started this lifting experiment because I quit my job and started a business.

nattie you won't be able to be big and cut at the same time unless you are top tier hebrew genetics wise. but my aim is to carry decent size at 12-15% bodyfat.

not at all. it's just an easy way of doing things and my personal preference. I prefer eating fruit on an empty stomach and doing so sorted out some stomach problems I had.

I don't bother counting calories anymore, even when I want to lose weight, so sticking to lean protein brings the calories down by default. I believe in adonis principles by the way. 70-100 grams of protein a day is sufficient.
