yeah aj, i know that improving physique too much without hormones is pointless but being able to do heavy deads and squats do wonders even to the natural physique, especially for a skinny structured guy like my self the difference is noticable.
the "professors" in my gym told me that i will never gain any strength unless i go to a powerlifting gym that has trainers watching me how to do shit in proper manner in relation to my physical condition, it would cost a shit tonn more money as well, like 150 bucks a month, but a guy like me training solo usually never works, the wall hits like PAU! YOU SHALL NOT PASS!
