the story goes that when rick wayne came to england from st. lucia, he was looking for work. he saw an ad looking for a bodyman....was he surprised that a bodyman actually had to work on cars..

No one realizes how much the sport owes to Rick Wayne. All those M&F and Flex articles you read as a teenager that wormed their way into your subconscious, all those nicknames he invented for people, his narrative voice is forever one with a huge part of when bodybuilding was great.
