Shawn Rhoden and Guy Cisternino Arm Workout At NPC Photo-May 15th

Rhoden looks behind in his prep. Should he be bigger? I don't know. I mean, compared to Phil, he looks very under-developed and "small." Will he grow into the show (Mr. O) by leaps and bounds?

haha lol. Its obvious that he will improve by the Mr. O. However, current pics of Phil look A LOT different than how Rhoden currently looks. Phil makes him currently look super small.

Unless Roelly can bring an insanely good package, then, yes, Rhoden is most likely getting 2nd.  One can only hope that he beats Phil Cheath.

Looks very light in that pic.
Could be an old one.
Or only just starting to ramp up his gear intake.

As for beating Heath -- Would like to see somebody beat him.
Only Rhoden Needs plenty size , fullness & Dry Tight condition.
It's a Big Task for Him.

Its not an old pic. Its from the video that was shot on May 15th 2016 (the video I posted above). I took a screen shot of the video.
