He may be right, he may be wrong. There is no official cause of the crash. It's probably terrorism... but we don't know that yet.
Imagine an American President jumping the gun like this - in a place with no jurisdiction, with no americans on the plane - he's just assuming the most likely scenario is the correct one.
Think about him doing this with other things, as the American President. highly immature and impulsive. Not level-headed. Imagine a US plane goes down, and Trump is ready to start a war - or does - before the wreckage has even been found.
Right or wrong, it's very irresponsible for the leader of a nation to just comment randomly on world events before the cause is known.
