come on guys... i read Russian Police and Military were in the fan "mix" of course it was planned. Also the comments from the Russian Football verband. "nothing wrong with fighting, keep it up". The Russians are sending out a message before the WM.

Quite right.  Rugby union (hell, even rugby league) is watched and played by better people than football/soccer. 

The bogun/dero tendency runs deep in soccer fandom.
