Walter Milner was a really nice guy and apparently never used steroids. Strong, too.

He won Mr Canada in 1975 and entered a few contests after that. He died in an accident

while cleaning windows on a high rise building.


Classic everyday drug free physique.

Easy to maintain with an egg protein based diet and physical labor at high altitudes.

Walter Milner came from Moosehorn, Manitoba. A country boy and a natural. Walter was earnest and didn't believe in shortcuts.

Look at what he accomplished in 4 years.
