So we get things like this.   So involved with her snapchat and IG, she doesn't realize not to do something stupid like this.  Probably applauded herself for creativity and "really getting thru".   Dummy.   I see a lot of teachers on my social feeds, posting pics of kids papers, pics of kids... this is entirely against the rules, and they casually do it because they're from this generation of garbage that just didn't bother to learn any better, didn't grow up with discipline, consequences, or any sense of respect.

Nope, if poster was correct in stating she was going to retire then she is not young. More likely sick of the crap she's had to deal with over the years and having to coddle disrespectful children/give them good grades or they might get upset, etc.

She was set to retire in a week (give or take), so she probably thought, "What the hell. What do I have to lose?" Now, she is placed on administrative leave and cannot retire until she is reinstated. It probably had absolutely nothing to do with her trying to be "cool" or "get through" to her kids. She was gone in a week and probably wanted to give herself a laugh. If you're trying to reach students, you don't try a week before you retire.
