I don't know guys.  There have been numerous stadium metal & rock concerts where rapes occurred all over the place.  Even tragic deaths.  No Arabs in sight.  Not saying its not connected.  Just saying...

Where I grew up, the guys who hate immigrants the most and use arguments concerning abuse of women, were also the men who were most abusive towards woman themselves. I even remember one of these right wing individuals being asked about gender of his newborn child- he said "nah, it was just another fuckdoll" (he had only daughters). I guess these men simply want to control women and have them for themselves.

Liberals are stuck in a cognitive dissonance concerning many issues with immigration. The main liberal ethos is that any oppressed group is worthy of their defence. In this case, the oppressed muslim immigrants are themselves oppressing women. Thus, the liberals are stuck and unable to act appropriately. Cowardice is also at play, as liberals are scared to be ostracized by their own if they express scepticism towards immigration.

But a balance must be sought. If the right-wing had their will and all traditions were conserved, women would still be at home and not working, there would still be slaves and witches would be drowned or burned at the stake.

I think the gender issue is playing a major role in how immigration is viewed. Most Europeon men are hostile towards the migrants while most Europeon women are more welcoming. This is probably down to the fact the migrants are mostly entirely, young single men.

Imagine if the genders were reversed and the vast majority of the migrants pouring into Europe were young, fertile, single and submissive women from the Middle East and Africa. I'd be willing to bet all those Europeon women holding up "Refugees Welcome" banners suddenly wouldn't be so supportive of the migrants. While the Europeon man would be far less concerned by it.
