Never understood which idiot would come to the conclusion that Phils chest is a weak point. Can you point out the weakness in that picture? And if so, how does a "good" chest look like? 
It's the chest width.
When people talk about phil being narrow, it is the width of his chest that is in question, not his total width or thickness of chest. There is nothing he can do about it. He looks pretty much as good as he could look but it isn't really a very "good" shape to me.
And it cannot be "brought up"
