Kenan Sofuoglu is the rider and he is a multi-time World Supersport champion and former WSBK rider. He's probably been at or over 200 mph on a bike a number of times.

Still hard to believe it pushed 400 kph.

at that speed with such a light bike you glide over every pothole. the balls on that guy though, i've done 150 on a r1 and that was fucking terrifying
