It's been along time coming and deciding to post this or not post this...

After listening to this week HMR with John and Dave talking about the OLD MD days I decided to come to RX to put my last efforts at a show and getting into the best shape my body will allow.

I dug up some past photos I still have on my computer and some more recent ones. It's been almost 10 years since I gave a crap about my health and getting back into a healthy shape again....

I won't talk much about which show I will be doing but it will be toward the end of the year as of right now.

With everything I have learned over the years and watching what a joke the industry has become in the ways of a now beauty pageant for both men and women I feel confident I can take all I have learned to out condition anyone else on the stage. (No I will not be the BIGGEST)

I saw sometime back April 1st / April Fools day Dave talking about coming back and now Levrone is doing it too....I am not comparing myself to either but I think anyone who has taken part in the REAL WORLD OF BODYBUILDING is sick of all today's competitors and could do damage on any local or PRO level if they put what they know to use.

I am currently sitting approx 228lbs. and beginning to clean up the diet and focus on the plan I have done all on my own here.....NO TEAM and NO DAMN GURU...NO 24 week prep or some STUPID ASS PEAK WEEK full of garbage food.

When I am done no matter where I finish here I will not be out conditioned....People today do not know how to SUFFER and think its all glamour for social media.....(Rant Done)"

Slowly making Gains weight went as low as 221lbs current weight in pictures 233lbs and getting leaner day by day

Didn't billy leave here in disgrace after having to post up fraudulent photographs of meagre possessions in order to prove himself richer than the poorest man on getbig vince goodrum but was exposed which by default means he is actually poorer than vince if that is at all possible
